Editors' Note: In WriteClick this week, in reference to “Comparative efficacy of fingolimod vs natalizumab: A French multicenter observational study,” Drs. Bhatia and Puri comment that they would be more interested in clinical considerations such as safety, compliance, and disability reduction with natalizumab as opposed to the already well-supported conclusion that natalizumab is superior to fingolimod in preventing relapses. Drs. Lanzillo and Moccia question the statistical methodology used in the same article. Authors Laplaud and Foucher reply to both and defend their statistics but agree that a prospective randomized trial comparing the 2 treatments is needed.—Megan Alcauskas, MD, and Robert C. Griggs, MD
