Editors' Note: Drs. Benito-León and Domingo-Santos express their surprise at the lack of apparent cerebellar involvement in the “Orthostatic tremor: Clinical, electrophysiologic, and treatment findings in 184 patients” study. They also suggest that orthostatic tremor (OT) may be part of other neurologic disorders such as Parkinson disease (PD) or parkinsonism. Hassan et al., authors of the study, highlight the lack of evidence for cerebellar involvement and are hopeful for a better unifying pathophysiology to explain OT.
