Palliative Neurology is a concise overview of an emerging field covering the interface between neurology and palliative medicine. The timing for such a book is opportune, as the American Board of Medical Specialties and Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education has established a new subspecialty and training requirements in Hospice and Palliative Medicine with the American Academy of Neurology being one of the sponsors.
