颈颈内动脉解剖(CAD),缺血性中风的主要原因在年轻的成年人,已经很少与Fabry相关疾病(FD)。1,249岁的男人离开了急性大脑中动脉闭塞由于潜在的自发CAD收到静脉溶栓和机械血栓切除术,实现完整的再灌注(图1)。

进一步诊断排除其他中风病因显示两国角膜verticillata large-fiber感觉多神经病和受损的下肢温度感知(图2中,D-F)。α-galactosidase水平低和分子基因检测披露致病性杯子变体(c427G > p。[Ala143Thr])建立了FD诊断。
