There was a significant positive correlation between corneal sensitivity and tear secretion at baseline (p\<0.0001; R2=0.74).Conclusions: Patients with FD have functional lacrimal glands, which can be stimulated with an M3 agonist to produce tears. Basal tear secretion was directly related to corneal sensitivity.
