Residents have also been able to arrange international exchanges at the participating NIRVE sites.Conclusions: NIRVE is allowing international Neurology residents to connect with peers. Its impact has been taken from the virtual world to on-the-ground clinical practice both through the clinical exchanges done among the sites and is likely to influence future neurologists’ practice.Disclosure: Dr. Sasikumar has nothing to disclose.
